Since Michael and I took over the house from my parents, a lot has happened. It was rebuilt, renovated, and extended. But one thing has remained: the smell of fresh bread at breakfast, the hospitality, and the door that is always open. That's how it is, I suppose, when you do something with deep conviction.

Extension and new construction of an event and seminar room, wellness area with whirlpool, sauna and relaxation room, as well as new guest rooms.

Renovation of balconies, the house roof, and construction of a new patio roof.

Conversion to a small mountain hotel with a restaurant and sun terrace.

Renovation of the „Berglick“ house into holiday apartments

Conversion to apartments.

Conversion to a bed and breakfast with comfort rooms.

Initial renovation work and switch to „Farm Holidays“ tourism.

Dear Mr. Bartels, Further to your enquiry of 5.5.1959, I wish to inform you that you and the persons you specified are welcome to spend your holiday with me. The boarding house costs approximately 42 shillings, as almost all rooms have running water. If you wish, you may also have breakfast with me. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us.
